These worksheets were created to be used for cover lessons, allowing students to practice their skills of coloring using knowledge of different art styles. You will receive 2 different worksheets, both containing an outline for colouring and examples of the task. Useful for quick cover lessons, or just for general lesson time. This worksheet was created to be used for cover lessons, allowing students to practice their skills of observing and recreating an artists work. Looking at the artwork of Brazilian Pop Artist Lobo, students are able to apply their knowledge of drawing accurate shapes with their application of bold, bright colours. Useful for quick cover lessons, or just for general lesson time. For differentiation purposes, when downloaded, 2 different versions of the worksheet are available. L/Q: Can you create a successful Artist Copy through accurate shapes and bold colours (Learning Question is along the top of the worksheet, to allow you to crop it down if not needed/necessary). This is a short lesson PowerPoint, exploring the artwork of Lucienne Day. Students will look closely at her artwork, explore and discussing the shapes, colours and lines used within it. Students will then re-create her artwork in steps, using the examples to support them. To extend this lesson further, students could create their own textures and use these to collage with. Pre-made textures are also attached at the end of the PowerPoint. Editable ppt version coming soon. This purchase also includes images of completed student examples. This lesson would be most suitable for Key Stage 3, but could easily be used for Key Stage 4 and 5 also. This resources includes titles, images, artists and information about Art movements across time. These display resources are great to create a visual time line of key movements in Art history, and allows students to gain a deeper understanding of them. 2 variations of the time line information are available, one containing all Art movement information including artists names and images, and one with just the information speech bubbles. (Recommended printing size to match display board pictured is A4, however, this may vary depending on your display board measurements) NOTE: The titles for each movement (Timeline letters PDF) need to be printed and stuck together. I have created the document in this way to save space and paper when printing. Any questions about constructing the titles just let me know.
